Refund policy

 

We at Czar Jewellers take pride in our craftsmanship and quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and enjoy wearing our exquisite jewellery for years to come. 

Any items purchased may be returned within 14 days of delivery with the exception of earrings. All items must be returned in their original packaging and must still be in sellable condition. All returns will be thoroughly inspected before being finalised and a full refund being provided. 

Czar Jewellers does not provide pre-paid returns. It is the customer's responsibility to return all items to our fulfilment centre.

Items damaged during transit can only be returned within 3 days of delivery, and the customer must provide photos of the damage. Czar Jewellers will not accept any damage claims after this 3 day window.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are past the 14 day return window. Any items returned to us without prior authorisation will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Customers must also have a registered account before making their purchase in order to log a return for the item.
