Terms of Service for Czar Jewellers

Introduction Welcome to Czar Jewellers. By choosing our pieces, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth below. Please review them attentively.

Products and Purchases All items offered by Czar Jewellers are crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Due to the unique nature of our designs, there may be occasions where pieces need to be crafted upon order. We appreciate your patience should your chosen item require creation from our factory.

Shipping Policy Orders are processed within 5 business days. Anticipate delivery within 21 days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on merchandise availability and order volume.

Warranty Policy Czar Jewellers proudly offers a lifetime warranty from the purchase date, covering manufacturing defects at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from wear and tear or physical/accidental abuse, and it is void if the item is tampered with by unauthorised personnel.

Warranty Service Contact customer service for warranty claims, providing proof of purchase. We will either repair or replace items with manufacturing defects. For discontinued items, a piece of equal value will be offered.

Returns and Exchanges We endeavour for complete satisfaction in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you receive a faulty item, please inform us within 3 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage. After review, we may offer a refund or exchange for products damaged due to our fault or during transit.

Exclusions Items that have been worn, altered, or customer-damaged are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns must be authorised in advance; unauthorised returns will incur return shipping at the customer’s expense. Sizing issues are not grounds for return (see our sizing guide), except where the Ring Sizer was used and sizing was incorrect.

Limitation of Liability Czar Jewellers is not liable for any indirect damages from product use or inability to use.

Modification of Terms Czar Jewellers reserves the right to update these terms as necessary.
