- Your jewellery is made of 925 sterling silver with moissanite stones. Sterling silver is a durable metal that can last for a long time if properly cared for. Moissanite is a synthetic gemstone that has a high hardness and brilliance, similar to diamonds.
- To keep your jewellery in brand new condition, you should clean it regularly with a mild soap and warm water. Use a soft cloth or a toothbrush to gently scrub the surface of the silver and the stones, making sure to reach the hard-to-access areas. Rinse well and dry with a lint-free cloth or a hair dryer
- You can also use a commercial jewellery cleaner that is specially formulated for gemstones such as diamonds, moissanite and corundum. Follow the instructions on the product and rinse thoroughly after cleaning.
- Another option is to use a diluted ammonia solution (1 part ammonia to 1-2 parts water) to soak your jewellery for about 10 minutes. Then, use a soft brush to clean the pieces and rinse with warm water.
- If you have access to an ultrasonic cleaner, you can use it to effectively remove any dirt and grime from your jewellery. Moissanite is tough enough to withstand the pressure of ultrasonic cleaners, but be careful if your jewellery has a fragile setting that may loosen or damage the stones.
- To prevent damage or tarnish to your jewellery, you should avoid wearing it while playing sports, working out, swimming, showering, or using harsh chemicals. You should also store your jewellery in its box when not in use, preferably in a cool and dry place. You can also wrap your jewellery in a soft cloth or place it in an anti-tarnish pouch to protect it from moisture and air exposure.

- Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date of delivery, please visit our Shipping Policy for more information.
- If our jewellery has become damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it to arrange a replacement. Damaged goods will not be eligible for return beyond this 3 day window.
- Returns are not accepted on earrings or any items that have been used, worn or altered, returned items must be in brand new and sellable condition.
