To keep your jewellery looking its best, clean it regularly with mild soap and warm water. Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to gently scrub both the silver and moissanite, especially in crevices. Rinse well and dry with a lint-free cloth or hair dryer.
You can also use a jewellery cleaner suitable for diamonds or moissanite—follow the product instructions and rinse thoroughly. A diluted ammonia solution (1 part ammonia to 1–2 parts water) can be used to soak pieces for 10 minutes before brushing and rinsing. Ultrasonic cleaners are safe for moissanite but avoid using them if your piece has a delicate setting.
To prevent damage or tarnish, avoid wearing your jewellery during workouts, swimming, or when using harsh chemicals. Store it in its original box or a soft, anti-tarnish pouch in a cool, dry place.

If our jewellery has become damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it to arrange a replacement. Damaged goods will not be eligible for return beyond this 3 day window.
Returns are not accepted on earrings or any items that have been used, worn or altered, returned items must be in brand new and sellable condition.
